By using TransparentRx at transparentrx.io you agree to these Terms. TransparentRx is operated by Dovewood Capital, LLC, Fort Worth, TX 76109.

2. Service Description

TransparentRx provides prescription drug price intelligence including TruePrice™ estimates, pharmacy comparisons, distortion scoring, and AI-generated insights based on NADAC and retail data.

3. Not Medical or Financial Advice

Our content is pricing information only and does NOT constitute medical or financial advice. Always consult your physician or pharmacist before changing medications. Prices are estimates and may vary.

4. Pricing Data Accuracy

Data is sourced from NADAC, third-party scrapers, and coupon providers and may not reflect current prices at every pharmacy. Verify prices directly with your pharmacy before purchasing.

5. Subscription Terms

• Free tier: 1 analysis per browser session
• Monthly: $12/month, cancel anytime
• Annual: $119.88/year (~$10/month)
• Payments processed by Stripe, non-refundable except as required by law
• Cancel: email kelly.horak@transparentrx.io

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use automated tools to scrape our Service, resell pricing data, or circumvent subscription limits.

7. Intellectual Property

TruePrice™ is proprietary to Dovewood Capital, LLC. All algorithms and branding are protected by intellectual property law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF PRICING DATA.

9. Limitation of Liability

DOVEWOOD CAPITAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PRICING DATA.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in Tarrant County, TX.
