• Pharmacy name where you filled your prescription

• Payment info processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details

We do not collect your name, email, or personal health information unless you contact us directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate TruePrice™ analyses and pharmacy comparisons
• To improve pricing models and data accuracy
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To respond to support inquiries

4. Data Storage

Data is processed on Cloudflare's edge network. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember premium subscription status. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — infrastructure
• OpenAI — AI-generated insights

7. HIPAA Notice

TransparentRx is NOT a covered entity under HIPAA. Drug pricing queries are not medical records or protected health information.
